IRCOBI reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the process.
Regarding conferences, the organizers may at any time, with or without giving notice, in their absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. In any case, neither the organizers nor any of their officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person, nor will they return any money paid to them in connection with the conference unless they are satisfied not only that the money in question remains under their control but also that the person who paid it has been unfairly prejudiced (as to which, decision shall be in their sole and unfettered discretion and, when announced, final and conclusive).
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe.
IRCOBI is a non‐profit organisation and operates out of Switzerland, under Swiss law. IRCOBI was granted tax‐free status. Switzerland is outside of the European Union (EU), hence we have a customs barrier when shipping products to our customers outside Switzerland.

The IRCOBI privacy statement is designed to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. We respect
your privacy. Any personal information that you provide is used for the purpose of giving you the
best possible information. In our order/registration process, we ask you to give us certain contact
information, which is needed to process your order/registration. We might also ask for other
information, much of which is optional. Please don’t tell us things you don’t want us to know. IRCOBI

Non‐disclosure to third parties
Unless we have your expressed consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes without your expressed consent. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

CANCELLATION POLICY REGARDING CONFERENCE/WORKSHOP REGISTRATIONS
To receive a 100% refund of your conference registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing to IRCOBI secretariat no later than 15 August. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 15 August.
